RISK
The Seller delivers the goods by placing them at the disposal of the Buyer on the arriving means of transport, ready for unloading, at a named place of destination.

The Seller bears all risks involved in bringing the goods to the named place of destination.

The Seller contracts for and pay for costs necessary to bring the goods to the named place of destination.

INSURANCE
Seller should take out insurance for the shipment until the goods are made available for unloading at the destination.
