CARRIAGE PAID TO (CPT) [insert named place of delivery]
RISK
The Seller delivers the goods to the first carrier, by making them available to the first carrier, nominated by the Seller.
The Seller contracts for and pays for the costs of carriage necessary to bring the goods to a named place of destination agreed between the Seller and the Buyer.
INSURANCE
Buyer should take out insurance from the time when the goods are made available to the first carrier.
